Ayan Maternity Support is a community-based organization founded and led by Black immigrant women, dedicated to addressing maternal health disparities by providing culturally-relevant care and support.
We provide high-quality, multilingual doula services, prenatal education, lactation support, and care navigation to expectant families — with a focus on immigrant and underserved communities in King County.
We offer culturally responsive prenatal care alongside our doula services, supporting mothers through every stage of pregnancy.
Our mission is to empower families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenting with services that honor their language, culture, and traditions.
We offer comprehensive, culturally sensitive support throughout the pregnancy journey and beyond. Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of each family we serve.
Families in our community often face language barriers, lack of culturally competent care, and systemic inequities in maternal health. We're here to change that by building trust, sharing knowledge, and showing up for families at every step.
